How long does shipping take?
We strive to get your Diarying merchandise to your doorstep as fast as possible, but occasionally there are unforeseen situations that cause delays in shipping. If you have any problems with the shipping time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it up to you! Below are our shipping estimates. Please add 1 to 5 business days for processing time.

*Packages shipped to Canada may be held for up to 3 months due to the Canada Border Services Agency.
Are tracking numbers included with purchases?
Yes! All purchases made on Diarying and shipping to the United States include tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Packages shipped to the rest of the world may not contain tracking information once the packages leave China.
How are packages shipped?
We try to ship all our products from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS. We prioritize ePacket because it’s often cheaper and quicker, but will occasionally use EMS when needed. If neither of these are available we use standard shipping.
How do I get a refund?

Why does my product look slightly different?
We try to represent our products as best we can in the pictures, but things aren’t always perfect. Colors may be slightly different due to different monitor settings or lighting conditions. If you’re unhappy with your purchase let us know and we’ll be happy to fix your problem.
